secretary Pinarayi Vijayan’s has been relieved from SNC Lavalin
case by CBI Court today. The CBI
Special Court here has accepted Communist Party of India (Marxist) State
secretary Pinarayi Vijayan’s discharge petition in the SNC-Lavalin
case. This verdict could have a major impact on Kerala politics by the coming days. Special Judge R. Raghu on Tuesday held that the chargesheet filed by the
CBI in the case against Mr. Vijayan and three others does not stand
legal scrutiny.
സി പി എം സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി പിണറായി വിജയനെ ലാവ്ലിന് അഴിമതിക്കേസില് നിന്നും സി ബി ഐ കോടതി ഒഴിവാക്കി. ഒരു പതിറ്റാണ് നീണ്ട നിയമനടപടിയ്ക്ക് ശേഷമാണ് കേസില് നിന്നും പിണറായിയെ ഒഴിവാക്കിയത്. ഈ വിടുതല് ഹര്ജിയിലെ വിധി രാഷ്ട്രീയ രംഗത്തും ചലനങ്ങളുണ്ടാക്കും. പാര്ലമെന്ററി സ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേക്കുള്ള പിണറായിയുടെ കന്നുവരവിന് പ്രധാന തടസ്സമായത് ലാവലിന് കേസായിരുന്നു.
സിപിഐഎമ്മിന് ഇത് ഏറെ ആശ്വാസം നല്കും.
